Our transformation of the South Wing of Verizon Singapore’s office is anchored in the concept of creating an invitation to its end-users to gather and participate. The design and planning strategies culminated in C.O.M.E where the renewed workplace would facilitate increased Collaboration through the incorporation of Organic materials, and Multi-use and Efficient spaces.

Envisioned as an agile office, the design scheme creates a workplace of possibilities, catering to the demand for a flexible workspace and collaborative environment. Across the South Wing, we curated a dynamic mix of spaces—meeting booths, focus rooms, hot-desking and bookable meeting rooms—for both solo and group work. Each of these spaces are paired with ideation walls such as integrated whiteboards, pinboards and media walls to facilitate discussions and innovations. The design also created inspirational ‘scene-setting’ rooms with various configurations that not only fit employees needs but importantly, resonates with them and inspires creative collaboration and effective productivity. The office space is also programmed to be configurable, enabling it to transform from work by day to event by night, and can cater for various set ups such as discussions, seminars, workshops and showcases.

For a warm and welcoming work environment, plants, access to natural light and use of materiality were applied throughout; effectively embracing end-users in a workspace that prioritises their wellbeing.
