Breaking away from the sterile office stereotype, The Work Suite is a re-envisioning of an office space that catalyses better brand resonance and positive change in work culture. The design strategy prioritises adjacencies and generates collaborations between departments, with the mechanics of the spatial programming categorised into three key functions: Socialise, Innovate and Huddle. Through a creative, function-based configuration of space within an open floor plan, The Work Suite creates a people-centric workplace, reshaping employees’ mentality and approach to work.
Aligning the design with the hospitality brand, warm and welcoming tones of hotels are infused within a corporate setting. The melding of hospitality and corporate elements is further reflected in the curated material palette, offering a diversity of textures reminiscent of the soft luxury associated with hotels. Reflective and sophisticated metal finishes in champagne tones for fixtures and details add a contemporary corporate edge to the design, creating a distinct yet harmonious blend.
With the aspiration to provide a productive work environment that simultaneously considers employees’ wellbeing, the design adopts a biophilic and sustainable strategy. Pairing natural light with indoor planters, the space seeks to connect staff with nature and the outdoors while in office. A hub for collaboration and connections, The Work Suite delivers a holistic space that benefits its people while aligning design with brand identity.
