Janice Kwa

With 15 years of experience in high-end luxury residential projects, Janice was involved in the interior design of numerous developments in both Singapore and overseas before joining DP Design in 2018. Her detail-oriented and open-minded approach to exploring new design solutions enables her to be an effective collaborator and adaptive in project management and design development.  

It has also enabled her to thrive in DP Design’s highly dynamic, cross-disciplinary design environment, where she has played a defining role in projects and is expanding her repertoire of works. They include Alpha King City and Stella Residence in Vietnam, and the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounges at Incheon and Perth International Airports with the latter clinching the Luminary Award in the Best in Public Space Design – Leisure and Entertainment category at the 2024 edition of the Society of Interior Designers Awards (SIDA). 

Design, Janice holds, is a collaborative effort. She firmly believes that the success of any design lies in the shared values of the team working towards a common goal. Also evident in her projects is her sensitivity to user needs, paying close attention to users’ requirements to deliver meaningful spaces for people while addressing users’ needs.
